You earn 1 free month for every 8 full months of rent paid by people you refer.
Your free month is worth the highest space rent among the people you refer who move in at the same time.
How the months add up
Bring more people, and your free month comes faster.
- 1 person× 8 months= 1 free month
- 2 people× 4 months= 1 free month
- 4 people× 2 months= 1 free month
Each person you refer counts for their first 8 full paid months. After that, they stop adding months, but every month already earned stays in your total.
Nothing gets lost. If your referrals reach 10 paid months, you get your free month at 8, and the 2 extra months carry over toward your next one.

If you don't live at Blue Lakes Village
You can put your free month toward the rent of any resident you choose, or toward your own stay when you come back.
For example, a foreman can give it to someone on his crew.
For companies that pay for crew housing
Same terms: 1 free month for every 8 full months of rent paid, worth the highest space rent among the crew members who move in together.
We can bill your company directly for your crew's housing, and the free month comes off that bill as a credit.
The fine print
Simple rules.
- A referral counts once the person is approved and moved in.
- Only full months of paid rent count.
- Each new resident counts for one referrer: the person or company named on their application.
- Anything you've earned is yours to keep.
- If the program ever changes, changes apply only to new referrals.
